Receptionists-Consultants not only perform the front office tasks, but also consult new clients on the best way to achieve their wellness goals by combining the different services in Ultra Cryo & Recovery portfolio. Each intake consultation results in sales.
Receptionists-Consultants are also actively involved in training junior staff members.
To be the right person for the job of a Receptionist, you will need to:
· Speak English well.
· Have a positive, outgoing, service-oriented concierge personality.
· Have solid written and verbal communication skills.
· Be organized, tidy, resourceful and a good problem-solver.
· Have excellent time and stress management skills.

· Complete training and successfully pass tests on delivering the assigned wellness services of Ultra Cryo & Recovery.
