Senior Vice President - Wellness

Make an impact
As the Senior Vice President of Wellness at Bridge Senior Living you will be instrumental in leading a best-in-class health and wellness program across all senior housing communities within Bridge Senior Living (BSL).

• Tracks and resident interventions and outcomes to determine and act on areas of opportunity
• Maintains BSL Survey Tracker and acts as the company liaison with state licensing agencies
• Oversees pharmacy, home health and therapy partnerships
• Monitors level of care revenue and assures that all health care assessments are updated and complete per BSL policy.
• Leads e-HR and e-MAR ongoing compliance.
• Regularly reviews and develops strategies from Clinical Key Indicator Reports by company, division, and region
• Oversees the Regional Vice-Presidents of Wellness and Clinical Specialists.
• Develops and updates all BSL Clinical Standards and policies & procedures.
• Oversees BSL Executive Quality Assurance Board
• Tracks and improves resident acuity, length of stay, and promotes aging in place within BSL acuity guidelines.
• Reviews and approves all BSL Clinical Training Programs
• Champions the BSL Health Care Technology Initiative (telehealth, fall detection systems, wander monitoring devices, remote health monitoring devices, wireless e-call technology platforms, electronic health records, electronic medication administration records, virtual care conferences, business intelligence, data analytics, etc.)
• Assures all clinical site visits and follow-up visits occur in accordance with BSL policy
• Reviews and approves POC’s for all state visits

What You Should Bring

• Multi-state Assisted Living / Personal care Home regulatory experience
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Registered Nurse, BSN preferred.
• Previous Senior Living leadership experience
