Our client is an award winning digital marketing and communications firm working with over 100 brands across the USA, and is currently seeking a Vice President of Account Services. This is an exciting and dynamic position for anyone interested in achieving personal and team goals while helping grow clients’ businesses (and their own) as part of a collaborative and experienced team of marketing professionals. The VP, Account Services is strategic-minded, customer service-focused and detail-oriented. In addition to excelling in organization, the successful candidate will have an innate ability to anticipate the needs of a client, flawlessly oversee the execution team, and deliver above and beyond without putting timelines or budgets in jeopardy.
This role will focus on team management and mentoring, as well as overseeing and contributing to workflow and project resources. You will work with the account management team to build and deliver scope deliverables in accordance with client needs, and partner closely with other leaders to share resources to mitigate peaks and troughs across accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Review client scopes and look for opportunities to expand same
- Problem solving as needed to balance client requests and internal resources.
- Collaborating w/POD team, and others within the organization to effect best outcomes and achieving goals within budget and timeline.
- Ensuring projects within the portfolio are running on time, on budget, and to a high level of quality.
- Leading and/or participating in meeting internally and with clients and re: Strategy, Kick-off, Mo. Status/Reporting, Check-Ins, etc.
- Serving as client lead on a portfolio of accounts
- Delegating work to team members within the POD as appropriate, and best spreading work to accomplish KPI’s and leverage your team’s assets.
- Answering questions and providing support to the client and internal team as needed
- Serving as escalation point for internal or external project conflicts.
