Job Description

The Warehouse Solutions team is the fastest growing group within the company and we are looking to add someone with a unique mix of technical aptitude, creative problem solving and eagerness to learn. The Integrated Solutions team designs, integrates and builds pallet racking systems, conveyor systems and automation solutions across a wide variety of industries. The focus of this role, MHS Lift, Inc. Regional/National Systems Account Manager will be to develop trusting relationships that penetrate deep into our clients’ organizations that facilitate a wide range of products and services we could provide. Representing over 1000 different manufacturers allows us to focus on solving the problem first, then finding a partner to make it.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential new target accounts and develop strategic plan to penetrate, develop and close new business while establishing long-term national relationships

2. Partner with Home Office on existing national accounts to assist in strengthening our relationship with their organizations outside of corporate offices.

3. Qualify opportunities and ensure proper allocation of resources based upon best ROI for the company’s resources.

4. Lead the Pre-Sales Process, coordinating the gathering of data and proper resources for successful proposals. Mentoring members of the sales and engineering teams while guiding the team towards the best solutions for the opportunities.

5. Present our solutions to our clients, manage the revision process and negotiating to close.

6. Complete successful Project Kick Off Meeting and hand off to Project Management with the proper expectations.

7. Maintain engagement with expectations and ensure company and client are delivering upon them. You will continue to be a key liaison with the customer throughout the project.

8. Conduct final walk through with PM and client, ensuring punch list is in line with previous expectations and obtain client sign off.

9. Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all transactions.

10. Establish relationships within client AP department and assist our AR department with collections.

Job Requirements

1. Develop and build relationships with various stake holders within our clients and target client organizations. You will contribute to and execute plans and strategies to achieve the overall company goals and specifically your personal goals of revenue, growth, and market share.

2. Capable of turning relationships into opportunities, creating a solid sales pipeline, while perfecting the abilities to turn opportunities into orders.

3. You will have an excellent understanding of process and technology, especially in relation to advanced warehousing and automation principles. Requires the MHS Lift, Inc. Regional/National Systems Account Manager focus on developing personal knowledge of current product offering and guiding the team towards what’s next.

4. Ability to read and understand Architectural and Operational CAD drawings and layouts to a point where you can accurately articulate the form, fit and function shown within the drawings to both internal and external stakeholders.

5. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with team members from all internal business functions. (Engineering, Coordination, Project Management, Finance)

6. You will contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction by setting proper expectations and delivering on them.

7. Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.

8. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

9. Strong computer skills including Microsoft office applications.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Related Technical Discipline or comparable direct industry experience

Experience: 5-15 years of related technical sales experience

Travel Expectations 25% local/Regional travel, 25% national travel, 50% office work
