Position Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President of National Accounts (Walmart) who will be responsible for leading their national accounts team in driving sales and revenue growth across all channels of distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to driving sales and revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor the national accounts team, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national account customers, working closely with them to develop and implement joint business plans
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key national account customers, including major retailers, distributors, and on-premise accounts
  • Develop and execute national account sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of delivering results in a consumer packaged goods or beverage industry
  • Passion for the Ready-to-Drink cocktail industry and a desire to be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization
  • Strong understanding of the national accounts sales process and experience managing large, complex customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights and recommendations
