Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
Sales Department at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Vice President Multimedia Sales to join our team!
The Vice President Multimedia Sales will play a critical role within our fast-paced advertising sales team, with a focus on driving revenue. They must have experience in multi-platform sales including Streaming/OTT, Social, Digital and Linear. This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts while simultaneously cultivating and growing new client relationships, driving complex deals, and creating new business opportunities. This is a great career opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual who has extensive client and agency relationships. The VP Multimedia Sales will have a clear vision for the future of our local sales business with the capability of communicating and executing that vision via hands-on leadership, optimism, strategic risk-taking and focused metrics of success. They will be a creative thinker who will oversee our team of sales managers, generate new ideas, and deliver our sales revenue goals.
ABOUT YOU:
You are a highly motivated and energetic professional to drive revenue growth. You are an individual who is motivated and dynamic who has extensive client agency relationships.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
  • Responsible for delivering sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage the performance of the station sales managers, account executives and the sales support team, as well as develop the competencies of direct reports
  • Cultivate relationships and service new and existing key accounts to increase revenue
  • Build and execute sales strategy across Univision platforms to maximize revenue
  • Lead business development efforts, activate zero share accounts and grow low share advertisers
  • Ongoing account management for existing clients, to ensure continued agency and customer satisfaction
  • Solution based selling by matching client needs and key Univision properties and strategic initiatives
  • Lead execution with content teams, as well as events and league partners, ensuring successful implementations for all buys and renewals of all business
YOU HAVE:
  • Must have experience in multi-platform sales including Streaming/OTT, Social, Digital and Linear
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Must have excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of 10 years of broadcast/media experience
  • Prior experience in Spanish language broadcasting is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, spoken and written
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Salary Range:
$230,000.00 - $280,000.00 + Benefits
