We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the PLASTIC INDUSTRY. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed sales decisions.
- Results-oriented, with strong business acumen and a passion for driving sales excellence.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Plastic Industry, with at least 10 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Strong sales management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the Plastic Industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
