Job Description

Title: Regional Vice President

Location: Northern California (Relocation Assistance Available)

Pay Range: $200K-$240K Base + Bonuses


Our client has a 30+year history in the distribution of building materials for both commercial and residential applications. They have had consistent growth over the last 10 years and are searching for a Regional Vice President to lead Branch Sales and Operations.

Position Summary

  • Lead all aspects of branch management sales and operations across 6 state region
  • Identify, recruit, lead, and retain top sales and operations talent
  • Set and exceed regional branch sales goals and objectives
  • Manage regional budget


Skills/Requirements

  • 5+ years of Regional/District Manager experience overseeing multiple locations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • Successful history in team leadership and development
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operations goals
  • Ability to travel 50%+ regionally
