Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Many projects are completed without a formal check by supervisor.
• Works under practically no direction or supervision of all duties.
• Operates autonomously and keeps supervisors operation functioning efficiently even during travel periods. Interprets company policies, anticipates and prepares materials needed by the supervisor(s) for conference, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc. and informs supervisor on matters to be considered.

Qualifications :

• Requires 7-8 years of experience.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Senior Executive Assistant.
