Triresolve Business Management Jobs

Summary
Provides input triResolve Business Management on strategies and tactics for product/service innovation, pricing, marketing, and technology/platform enhancements to enhance the user experience.
Principle accountabilities
Project management of specific new product roll-out, e.g. additional services, features or interoperation with other infrastructure, service, or software providers.
Account Management for key accounts, including G12 dealers. Support client managers with CSM
Keeping up with related industry developments and regulation
Industry forum communication, e.g. conference calls, speaking on panels, user groups, marketing conferences, press contact support etc. in collaboration with Marketing
Acquiring and maintaining deep and up to date knowledge of triResolve customer usage, trends and best practices
Providing a point of escalation for triResolve business and product issues and questions, such as commercial, legal, customer usage, product issues etc
Identifying, communicating, and prioritising new requirements for the services
Communicating new features and developments internally and externally. Support Marketing in formulating our message around new product features and developments.
Contribute to the triResolve business planning and service strategy processes
Support for pre-sales, RFP's and strategic sales discussions
