Batesville is looking for a Travel & Expense and Fleet Program Manager to join our team. As a Travel & Expense and Fleet Program Manager you will be responsible for all T&E and fleet programs in North America, including travel, Concur expense, corporate credit cards (T&E and P-Card), and fleet. The ideal candidate will possess the energy and drive to sustain and improve these programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage, administer, and maintain day-to-day operations of travel and expense (T&E) and fleet programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes travel, expense processing, corporate cards, and fleet
  • Maintain vendor relationships and service level agreements with a continual focus on process improvement
  • Act as the T&E Service Desk and ticket system, ensuring all queries received are resolved timely. Interpret policies and procedures to internal customers
  • Ensure and maintain T&E and fleet systems functionality, data integrity and cross-system integrations
  • Analyze Concur for diagnostic, policy and reporting changes and improvements using monthly Concur Release Notes, Lean principles, and processes
  • Oversee and/or prepare program reporting and analyze metrics to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with cross-team analysts to perform spend category compliance reviews to benefit procurement contracting and out of compliance program spend
  • Manage and execute program-related projects, including acquisitions and divestitures
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive standard documentation for daily, weekly, and monthly processes
  • Maintain and execute program controls and follow standardized processes regarding fraudulent charges, delinquent cardholders, escalation of compliance and audit assistance
  • Other duties may be assigned

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or Finance is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Concur Expense and corporate T&E programs in a customer facing role
  • In depth knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and integrated Travel and associated compliance, including end-to-end functionality, corporate card integration and maintenance
  • Strong Excel and problem-solving skills – strategic thinker with a proven ability to anticipate and resolve complicated issues
  • Demonstrated good communication skills with a focus on customer service while maintaining policy controls
  • Collaborative and team oriented; ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work day-to-day tasks independently, manage multiple tasks, and resolve internal requests regarding issues timely – may require being available after normal business hours
