Job Description
We are searching for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Coordinators. As a Remote Client Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, collaborating with a diverse range of vendors to curate customized vacation experiences.
Position Details
Job Title: Remote Travel Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $30,000 to $65,000 per year
Responsibilities
As a Remote Travel Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel experiences to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Organizing and executing travel sales, covering airfare, car rentals, cruises, accommodations, tickets to events, and activities.
Managing payment processing on behalf of clients.
Providing comprehensive pre- and post-travel documentation to clients.
Delivering unparalleled customer service and support.
Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with travel partners and vendors.
Thriving within a collaborative team environment.
Staying current with industry trends, policies, and best practices.
Attaining necessary certifications and engaging in ongoing training.
Skills And Qualifications
Minimum age requirement of 18 and US residency.
Access to a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet connectivity.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Aptitude for tailoring travel recommendations based on client preferences.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Competence in computer usage and internet navigation.
Personal travel experience, while not mandatory, will be advantageous.
