The Operations Coordinator – Int provides administrative support to the Warehouse leadership team in order to comply with DOT requirements and division policies. This position Must be able to work all shifts and be cross trained for coverage in all Operations support clerical positions and serve on the US Foods Contingency Team for travel to other divisions on an “as needed” basis.

As a US FOODS® Transportation Operations Coordinators, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Warehouse leadership team to comply with DOT requirements and division policies.

Great Transportation Operations Coordinators are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization. Our Operations Coordinators strive for integrity and reliability while building trusting relationships with team members.

What you bring to the table
Education/Training:
§ High School Diploma/ required

Related Experience/Requirements:

§ Minimum of 2 years’ clerical or other warehouse experience is required.
§ Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
§ Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department and the division.
§ Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization
§ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
§ Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities.
