Criteria
  • Two years of experience as an administrative clerk or an appointment setter.
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Dependable and prompt.
  • Computer skills a must.
  • Can work with little or no supervision.
  • Business attire a must.
  • Two years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Duties
  • Follow-up with prospects from various leads
  • Order letterhead, business cards, etc. when necessary
  • Sign in guests for seminars
  • Keep file drawers organized and neat
  • Answer phones, route calls, take messages
  • Take care of any special projects assigned
  • Greet clients
  • Pull files for the day
  • Complete seminar preparations
  • Organize any company meetings, events, parties, etc.
  • Enter client data into CRM
  • Send birthday, get well, thank you cards, etc. whenever necessary
  • Schedule appointments & manage calendar
  • Order necessary supplies for the office
Compensation
up to $100k per year depending upon experience
