Position Title: Training Manager
Department: Call Center Operations
Reports to: Call Center Manager
Location: Headquarters; Open to remote applicants

Job Summary
The Training Manager is a pivotal role within RealVoice, responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving the training programs for our employees. As our Training Manager, your duties will include identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses, and managing the training budget. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in technology and hospitality, and a passion for continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
- Deliver training courses and oversee the management of the technology utilized in the delivery of training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends, developments and best practices in the tech and hospitality industries.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
- Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with team leaders.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
- Manage the training budget effectively and calculate training ROI.
Qualifications
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a training role, with a demonstrated understanding of training processes and techniques, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
