Tiktok Live Sales / Social Media Specialist

Job Scope:

This is a dual position that will focus on live streaming sales via TIKTok and social media presence. This role will focus on the company's sales, audience growth, and engagement.

Day-to-day activities include live streaming on TikTok and selling products, maintaining creative content calendars, developing and posting original content, monitoring social channels and developing and/or participating in the process of responding to both positive and negative comments.

Essential Functions:

Live Streaming on TikTok: 80%

Do you love going live on Instagram and TikTok and sharing products? Share your talent with us and become a paid live stream host!

You’ll sell fashion clothing, beauty, jewelry and hair products to fans all over the world! We provide all the product samples, equipment, and training you need to become a live e-commerce star at our studio in Mckinney, Texas.

• Represent each brand in a professional way on camera working from both scripted and unscripted dialogue, presenting product features and selling points to convert viewers to buyers
• Connect with and build a live stream audience and customer base to sell products
• Make your live streams as interactive and engaging as possible. Involve in the broadcast/livestream process, including scheduling, planning, and marketing props /materials for each livestream

Video content creation and TikTok account administrative operations: 20%

• Plan, execute, implement and monitor the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness,
• Deliver trainings to new hosts based on business needs
• Create social media content in short form videos, graphics, and live performance. Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends
• Develop social media content consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Write and edit social media posts
• Improve customer engagement, and promote social media campaigns respond to viewers in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, TV hosting or other related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in social media
• Enjoy the spotlight and thrive on camera
• Self-motivated, clear communicator
• Adapts to changes well, Punctual & Attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in the current social media trends on TikTok
• Fashion, Beauty, Makeup, Wig Savvy
• Knowledge of livestream platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube is a plus
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Acting or on-camera experience
• Must be energetic, outgoing and engaging
• Associate's Degree
• Passionate about livestream shopping in the beauty, wigs, skincare fashion space
• Being able to talk during live streams continuously for two (2) hours
