Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are hiring! We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our fun agency and amazing co-workers.

Responsibilities include:

Create monthly content calendars for hospitality clients including in-feed posts, Reels, and Stories

Lead team with development of monthly content calendars

Lead content recommendations for clients

Lead community management of social media pages for multiple clients

Execute photography and videography for content calendars

Strategically execute paid social media strategies for client’s social platforms

Maintain social media content calendars: update and revise content as needed through reporting period

Actively conduct social media trend and content research for the team and clients

Research, coordinate and manage influencer collaborations with clients

Collaborate with the PR team to deliver on client objectives

Prepare monthly social media analytics reports and influencer collaboration recap reports as needed

Experience:

Experience creating and implementing social media content plans

Experience creating and curating social media content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok

Knowledge executing social media ads and paid digital campaigns

Photography, videography and editing skills

Ability to create content to match brand's voice and tone on social media

Experience with influencer collaborations
