Job Description

Core Surgical Products is a veteran owned and operated Medical Device Distributor.......representing world class products and services throughout our footprint. Our "Core" focus is to provide each and every customer the innovative products and services they need for better surgical outcomes, increased staff satisfaction and overall cost reduction.


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales associate to drive revenues across the portfolio, someone who is confident, competitive and possesses a willingness to constantly grow professionally.


Responsibilities

  • Keep abreast of changes in the market impacting customers and actively participate with manufacturer to develop overall business plans for growing volume and profitability.
  • Ensure total compliance with all manufacturer policies, maintain customer contacts and pipeline management utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Deliver on quarterly and annual orders and revenue sales targets.
  • Demonstrate expertise in customers' installed base and develop sales proposals that align with their annual budget process.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders across the territory, identify opportunities to grow market share and reduce customer attrition.



Qualifications

  • Three years of successful sales experience in medical device or related industry preferred and knowledge of healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication & time management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Field
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Must currently reside in the territory and have the ability to travel within it.
