What You'll Do
Collaborate with Regional Business Managers to execute strategic sales plans for exciting accounts in the hospitality industry.
Nurture existing and new customer relationships, extending beyond buyers to engage cross-functional leaders.
Embrace exciting challenges to meet and exceed crucial performance indicators.
Team up with peers to share best practices, enhancing deals across shared territories.
Play a vital role in national account plans, creating ripples in the lodging, travel, chain restaurant, and non-commercial business sectors.
Provide training and support to distributor partners, fostering strong relationships with sales representatives.
Dive into budgets and P&L management while crafting creative selling ideas for customers.
Tailor brand, packaging, and equipment solutions to meet customer needs while riding the wave of local and national marketing initiatives.
Monitor call activity, hitting those daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Evaluate promotions, ensuring success and driving necessary adjustments.
Cultivate strong ties with store-level, district, and market manager customers, serving as a beacon of exceptional performance and results.
What You Bring
2-4 years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Category sales.
A flair for food and beverage sales would be fantastic.
A proven track record of nailing those KPIs and shining in previous roles.
You're a problem-solving, self-starting communicator who thrives on challenges.
High school diploma or GED – you've got the basics covered.
Your communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to influence key stakeholders.
While a Bachelor's degree is a plus, equivalent experience is just as impressive.
You're a wizard with computers and databases, and budget management is second nature.
Living in the vibrant focus market (S FLA, Tri County Area) is a must.
A valid Driver’s License and a passion for driving through your designated market area.
