JOB TITLE: IT Intern Summer 2023

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

A world-class support organization that brings together a diverse team to ensure we deliver quality and efficient support to provide successful daily business operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup, maintain, troubleshoot & repair Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS computers remotely and at the Tech Bar.
• Working alongside other WBT support teams to assist Customers.
• Support and provisioning requests for all Customers IT equipment.
• Responsible for providing technical assistance to WBD Customers on a wide range of hardware and software related issues.

• Build & deploy hardware to end user community as part of the provisioning process.
• Participate in a variety of projects: Software Rollout, Active Directory Migration, Office 365, New Hire Welcome Kit, Hardware Refresh, Customer Experience Service Improvement, and other ongoing projects.
• Work with Technicians to research, troubleshoot, and resolve trouble tickets or route them to other technology teams.
• Serve as a liaison between other support teams and the customer as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing communication with customers, keeping them up to date with the progress of their tickets.
• Provides physical onsite “smart hands” support to infrastructure teams for maintenance tasks or incident support.
• Collaborate with other Global IT teams to resolve issues and participate in projects.
• Provide resolution to include troubleshooting, research, diagnosis, documentation, and resolution of technical issues surrounding Windows 10, MS Office, 0365, Intune, Okta, deployment tools, network connectivity, messaging, PC’s, Mac, telephones, mobile devices, printers, scanners and other peripherals
• Image, deploy and configure computer systems (Windows & Mac) with standard WBD Corporate build applications.
• Maintains inventory of end user components and equipment.

Hybrid Work Arrangement- must work minimum 3 days in the office

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $35,360.00 - $62,192.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
