YOU MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA OR WISCONSIN TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

Develop and place content in digital and print medium to increase MCANTAs sales.

Work with sales and service delivery to understand offerings, understand market fit, and work with the leadership team to position products and services in the market.

This is a paid 8-12 week internship, for 20 hours a week.

Compensation is $20 per/hour.

There will be a mentor to support you in delivering these outcomes.

Outcomes:

1. Marketing campaign execution

a. Develop a marketing campaign to increase awareness of MCANTA and drive the generation of sales qualified leads. b. Propose marketing channels and outlets, developing a budget and complete marketing campaign plan. c. Propose metrics to measure success, and support with clear methods to capture them.

2. Marketing collateral. a. Review and improve existing collateral. b. Identify and fill in collateral gaps. c. Research competitors

3. Core process a. Propose and improve MCANTA core processes for marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives. b. Identify tools and services that support MCANTA’s marketing needs. Skills & Attributes: • Currently enrolled in or completed Degree with a Marketing focus. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Ability to develop repeatable processes to simplify ongoing operations. • Familiar with digital marketing concepts and channels and how to measure them. • Display critical thinking and right size solutions to MCANTAs marketing targets.
