Marketing Assistant Intern Jobs

270M is looking to add aMarketing Assistant Intern to grow and nurture our client's social and digital media channels. This individual will be responsible for creating content in varying brand voices for posting on social media channels and other outlets to drive engagement and conversation.

Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:

Account:

• Monitor and share trends on social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
• Provide visual direction for and assist with creative briefs for production.
• Assist in the management of the onboarding process for new clients.
• Work closely with the creative department and account team members, providing consistent support on day-to-day activities including the creation of trackers, reporting, recaps, call agendas, etc.
• Report on owned channel and campaign social media performance including reach, impressions, and engagement rate.

Community Management:

• Become the client expert by answering consumer questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner while working in real-time with an always-on approach across all social media channels.
• Shape the client voice across social media which includes, but is not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

Content Creation and Scheduling:

• Develop “in the moment” content (i.e. cover social live for special events, photo shoots, etc.) to complement pre-planned content.
• Contribute to social media calendar execution through copy direction and content sourcing.
• Manage ancillary agency marketing channels including website content uploading and social media post scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior internship or job experience in online media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate and strong social media user who understands best practices, tools, and visual design/brand aesthetic with a keen eye for detail.
• Effectively multitask, prioritize and think creatively with a demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and work collaboratively in a team environment.
