Job Description
  1. Must have Physical Therapist sourcing experience
  2. Five or more years ofTalent Acquisition experience with proven success in engaging, attracting and developing prospective candidates utilizing a range of direct sourcing/recruiting strategies, techniques and tools
  3. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication– Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone or in-person
  4. Five or more years’ experience working with a Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and utilizing social media and digital recruiting tools (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  5. Healthcare sourcing experience
  6. Experience using iCIMS CRM/ATS and Dayforce
  7. Experience utilizing Handshake to direct source campus candidates
  8. An effective storyteller, highly influential in communicating the compelling proposition ATI has to offer
