Job Summary: As a Tech Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company's growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment plans. Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies

Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, etc.)

Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit

Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to assess candidate suitability

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to make informed hiring decisions

Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment

Participate in employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and job fairs

Assist with the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, etc.)

Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical professionals

Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
