Job Title: Sr. Sourcing TA Advisor
Location: 100%Remote
Duration: 06+Months(with high possibility of extension)
Pay rate $40.00 - $42.00/hr on w2
Be able to work 9-5 Schedule Monday-Friday
100% remote opportunity. Candidate will be supporting eastern standard time zone.
:
Role will support across all functions including:
Marketing positions
Insights and analytic positions.
Legal, Corp. and government affairs' positions.
Must have current experience navigating applicant tracking systems.
Will be working with upper management.
Strong within diversity recruitment.
Will be managing up to 25 requisitions.
"Drives the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with the People Manager providing market insights and accountable for candidate experience, including tracking, assessment, feedback and offer (for externals)
Works with People Managers to establish business requirements and to determine applicant requirements leads and coaches' managers throughout process to drive identification, selection and landing of best talent.
Works with Recruitment Coordinator to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates.
Sources the best candidates for vacancies using range of mediums and channels- owning the creation and execution of a sourcing strategy to generate both active and passive talent for current and future vacancies.
Acts as a candidate relationship manager during hiring processes for immediate needs while proactively building talent pools for future hiring needs.
Conducts screening interview, maintaining candidate feedback/ interview records.
Leads external candidate calibration, selection and offer proposal processes; leverages closing skills to bring offers to acceptance.
Experience and knowledge:
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Lead to understand and implement processes, drive continuous improvement and provide quality service.
Drives operational efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement, candidate and hiring manager experience and meeting SLAs.
Drives an excellent candidate experience and manages candidate communities, maximizing the power of Workday to do so.
Supports TA Lead with candidate and hiring manager satisfaction monitoring and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Education / Certifications:
5 years minimum of recruitment experience.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred.
Very responsive and client focused
Demonstrated learning agility, strategic agility and ability to deal with ambiguity.
Adept at influencing
Job specific requirements:
Superior English skills
Experience in a Recruiting function required.
Experience recruiting for the United States is preferred.
Experience performing quality assurance tasks is preferred.".
