Job Description
  • The position requires project management skills, independence, and experience in customer service through email and Slack. The candidate should have experience with managing contract renewal from project intake to contract execution and should have a checklist tool experience in Coupa, Docusign, Conga, Ironclad, and Zip.
  • The candidate should have experience with toolsets such as Coupa, contract lifecycle management (Conga, Ironclad) and should have managed 20 to 40 contracts on a weekly basis.
  • The position requires flexibility to work across any industry and may have new contracts coming on board for marketing.
  • When interviewing candidates for this position, it would be helpful to ask if they have experience managing contract renewals from project intake to contract execution. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with the listed toolsets (Coupa, Docusign, Conga, Ironclad, and Zip) and communication skills with stakeholders.
