Manager, Inventory & Allocation Planning

The Manager of Inventory & Allocation is Responsible for delivering desired in-stock levels for core product and allocation of inventory across all channels and warehouses. They closely partner with the Merchandise Planning team in order to maintain inventory levels and allocation plans that meet financial targets and mitigate risk to the business. Developing and owning inventory and allocation strategic initiatives and processes to improve efficiencies across core products and new product launches.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Incorporate modeling, situation analysis, problem diagnosis, and operations analysis to support business decision-making with financial analysis
• Translates corporate and division goals/objectives into planning and replenishment strategies
• Assess the systems that support planning & replenishment, and identify any need to upgrade or modify to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee formulation of operating guidelines and procedures for inventory management and allocation
• Analyze sales and inventory trends to create and execute strategies to maximize sales, profits, and availability to grow the business and achieve the financial plan
• Partners cross-functionally with Merchandise Planning, Merchants, Production, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory strategies and objectives are met
• Visit stores (in person & virtual) on a regular basis to understand site-specific opportunities. Spark cross-functional action that improves the complexion of store-level inventory.
• Partner with the Merchandise Planning, Logistics, and Production teams on escalated issues and process improvements
• Responsible for managing total reporting of store analysis/insight/opportunities based on $ and ST%
• Responsible for leading and developing a team that implements and maintain item/location-level inventory plans for a group of product categories that support financial objectives
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies that accommodate, including short-coded items seasonal buys, and buys

Pay Range:$115,000 - $130,000
