The Role:

You'll be working directly with our influencers, brand clients, and the entire Neon Rose team to help build and nurture relationships, as well as handle sponsored collaborations. Our influencer and brand clients are primarily in the health & wellness, fitness, foodie, and lifestyle verticals. This job is perfect for you if you have the skill set and ability to negotiate confidently and effectively on behalf of our clients and the agency. It is also important that you are a person who is extremely organized, has great time management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on your toes, and works to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

We encourage and welcome you to bring innovative ideas to the table, but you will also work independently to make well-thought-out and quick decisions. Additionally, it is important that you are friendly and don't get overwhelmed easily! You definitely must love social media and stay on top of trends in the space. What You'll Do:

• Project management for all day-to-day influencer account management responsibilities, including but not limited to negotiations, contracts, content curation, scheduling, and communications management
• Participate in and lead client meetings
• Assist our clients with branding and content creation ideas as needed
• Work in a highly collaborative environment with creative and dedicated people!
• Oversee the work of one or more Talent Coordinators
• Negotiate with brands confidently and effectively on behalf of the influencers and Neon Rose
• Manage and work closely with the coordinators to execute project management and prioritization
• Craft pitches to secure new partnerships
• Cultivate and own strong relationships with influencers, brands, and the entire Neon Rose team

Must Haves:

• Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills with the ability to present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment and externally with our clients
• Experience in social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• Eagerness to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, startup environment and adjust to new priorities as required
• A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, a self-starter, and highly motivated
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently to prioritize assigned tasks and execute them while maintaining deadlines
• A smile. We like those around here :)
• Deep knowledge and love for social media influencers and bloggers in the health and wellness space
• Be extremely organized and resourceful, with a knack for project management and attention to detail
• A genuine interest in the health & wellness space is definitely a plus!
• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative to improve or create effective processes

Required Experience:

• Agency experience is a plus
• Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
• 2+ years of experience working as a Talent Manager and/or Brand Manager
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
