We are remote-friendly but operate mainly out of Los Angeles. Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-driven, innovative, organized and fun-loving. Humans make companies, not credentials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish, build, and manage relationshipswith our network of creators (including exclusively managedtalent)
• Communicate with team andcontent creators to execute on deliverable timelines, contract requirements, PR opportunities, and more
• Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign ideation
• Source, identify, and recruit creators that align with our brand values
• Support the influencer marketing team to develop and help execute influencer-driven campaigns with social media creators on TikTok and other platforms
• Manage and track campaigns, our creator network, and deliverables in our internal CMS, doing so in a responsible and organized manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional communication skills that are timely and professional
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Fun, positive, and motivated to grow with a small, yet rapidly growing company
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in G-Suite and technology (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Slack + other collaborative tools)
• Ability and desire to go above and beyond to satisfy clients and creators
• Consistently meet deadline requirements
• Passion for TikTok and social media; having experience or connectionswith influencers is preferred
