Job Description
JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to join our growing team.


The Opportunity


As a Talent Management Consultant at JELD-WEN, you will provide comprehensive administrative support ensuring the efficient delivery of development programs, early career recruitment, and talent management processes. The Talent Management Coordinator provides a customer focused service and keeps our Talent Management team organized and ready to create moments that matter.


This is a hybrid role and must maintain designated days per week on-site at our Charlotte, NC global headquarters.


What You Will Do


  • Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, seat management, processing reports and documents, filing, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Global Learning & Development team to manage, coordinate, process, and facilitate Corporate North America orientation. This includes handling administrative tasks related to the orientation program.
  • Support our Culture & Experience team with coordination of engagement activities, orientation processes, and building coordination
  • Creating and presenting talent dashboards for the TM team
  • Assist with candidate tracking and interview scheduling for all early career positions; assist the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed
  • Coordinate and execute all talent management program logistics, including early career rotation scheduling, learning & development event planning, housing, travel, and vendor relations
  • Submit and track invoices; prepare budget reports for TM Leadership
  • Administer leadership development tools including 360 Assessments & DiSC


Who You Are


  • Comfortable with complete management of events, budgets, and talent processes
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or as an Assistant
  • An incredibly detail-oriented person with exemplary customer service
  • Accurate in your data entry and decision making with timely follow-up
