Project Overview

With direction from the Talent Management CoE Manager, the Talent Management Analyst is responsible for the high-level support of a broad scope of Talent Management programs to meet enterprise priorities. The Talent Management Analyst will research best practices and curate programs and materials for Talent Management programs, including onboarding, learning, development, team building & alignment, organizational change management initiatives, and other Talent Management programs across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Researches and provides analysis of a broad scope of Talent Management programs to meet business and HR priorities.
• Conducts data analysis related to Talent Management program design, development, and evaluation to include analyzing existing Talent Management data, collecting data from surveys, focus groups, or other relevant sources.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with colleagues across Human Resources and the business to keep track of programs progress, deviations, etc.
• Curates program content and works to update program repositories as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related discipline with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience or a Master’s degree.
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to accomplish a shared goal.
• Demonstrated experience researching and/or maintaining Talent Management programs and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of a matrix organizational structure
• Previous experience in Talent Management
