Talent Acquisition Coordinator Jobs

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for defined portions of the hiring lifecycle and recruiting functions with the direction and guidance of Recruiters/Recruiting Leadership. The coordinator works closely with various teams to carry out all recruitment activities, programs and procedures for external and internal candidates while ensuring a world class candidate experience.

Job Duties:

• Manages and maintains accurate records of confidential information when working on several projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Support sourcing efforts.
• Efficiently communicates and partners with multiple levels within the organization as well as candidates and vendors.
• Supports the development of annual recruiting needs by channel and supports partnerships with different lines of business.
• Provide thorough support to designated recruiters with end to end tracking and processing of candidates – and guarantee a seamless candidate experience at every step of the hiring lifecycle.
• Delivers effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets while updating all parties in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• Engage candidates throughout the interview and offer process, assist with scheduling, coordinating, travel arrangements, campus tours, escorting of candidates and interview details.
• Ability to work with senior management.
• Preferred: Workday (ATS) experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills- adjusts and embraces different work & communication styles while exercising initiative and independent judgment when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• HR experience preferred.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy with excellent customer service skills along with organizational & time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable meeting and greeting new people and putting them at ease as well as strong written communication skills.
