Systems Analyst - Remote - Us

We’re looking for an amazing Systems Analyst fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for serving as a technical and functional expert for Oracle Hospitality Cruise (POS, SPMS), MXP, OneSpaWorld, and other applications and interfaces related to shipboard hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating new features, upgrades, integration, and product improvements through interaction with business leaders and vendors.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating system testing, quality assurance and implementations with business teams, vendors, and technical resources. This role also assists with resolving escalated application support and analysis for shipboard production systems.

Responsibilities

• Review applications onboard ships and make recommendations for higher efficiency and productivity
• Lead releases, upgrades, and implementations
• Provide assistance and support to business teams using shipboard property management systems and related integrated applications
• Participate in cross brand team meetings related to hotel applications, shipboard systems, and enterprise planning
• Assists with high level application support and analysis for production systems
• Coordinate system / interface testing, and quality assurance activities
• Lead deep dive sessions to shadow business processes, elicit requirements, define exceptions, and identify pain points

Requirements

• Experience working in agile environment
• Experience in successfully bringing new products and services (customer and employee facing) to market
• 3+ years of experience successfully executing a product road map and managing product backlog
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
• Maintain effective relationships with user department personnel and vendor development personnel
• Experience with Oracle Hospitality Cruise enterprise property management systems
• Ability to organize work and incorporate multiple teams that cross technical and business disciplines
• Tactical experience with application upgrades and\or system migrations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT and business operations experience
• 3+ years of developing functional specifications documents and managing solutions delivery
• 3+ years of experience as an IT product owner
• Leadership, engagement, collaboration and other necessary skills
• Experience using Oracle or SQL database queries
• Willingness to travel when necessary

What You Can Expect

• Base Salary Range: $78,200.00 to $105,600.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
