Your Role
As a Supply Chain Management Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a smooth flow of materials and supplies for our construction projects. Your day-to-day adventures will include:
Keeping a close watch on our project material inventory, deliveries, and material inspections.
Being the hero behind the scenes by maintaining accurate shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, invoices, and manifests.
Assisting our site management team with material takeoffs, inventory organization, and staging.
Reporting superstar! You'll track materials and equipment, keeping everyone in the loop.
Being the logistical wizard who coordinates and schedules the movement of goods and supplies.
Environmental guardian: Monitoring compliance with best management practices for waste, erosion, and sediment control.
Capturing the journey: Creating online reports with photos and videos to document construction progress.
Safety sentinel: Ensuring site visitors, security, and public safety are all top-notch.
Collaborating like a pro with our construction team to handle excess material like a true magician.
Embracing the "all-hands-on-deck" spirit with a willingness to jump into related tasks when needed.
Qualifications That Shine
High school graduate with a zest for learning and growth.
Got some experience dancing with pallet jacks and forklifts in a warehousing setting? That's a plus!
If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, high-five! Bilingual skills are a bonus.
Communication champ: Your written and verbal skills are on point.
Tech-savvy with a knack for Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
