CarrierSupply Chainin Palm Beach Gardens is searching for aProgram Managertolead transformation and communicationefforts globally for all Supply Chain areas. This is the ideal opportunity to support and implement communication plans with respect to global transformation. Key Responsibilities

• Capture projects and implement change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance
• Function as a program manager to support Supply Chain leaders in the execution and communication of strategic vision
• Manage training efforts i.e. provide input, document requirements, design and delivery of training programs
• Oversee the execution in accordance with project plans
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years plus experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years plus experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
