Supply Chain Planner Jobs

Wholesome Goods is searching for a forward-thinking and organized Supply Chain Planner. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to make decisions with confidence and assist in planning the inventory and product stock levels in the US, UK and soon to be AU across multiple brands, this employee will need to be self-motivated and enjoy working with a team of other employees towards a common goal, ability to look at projects and plan for common supply chain issues/delays that may come up is important as we regularly encounter supplier promises that are road blocked (but can be expected and planned around).

Experience with a large number of different products and SKUS is a must, this job will be fast paced dependent on launch schedule and time of year, applicant should have a drive to succeed and preferably a positive attitude even when faced with complications that may be considered unexpected.

This job posting will not be responsible for directly managing an employee but will have access to a shared Supply Chain Coordinator who will assist with extensive data entry, alerts and regular communication on status updates and file sharing.

Ability to think on their feet and assist in Supply Planning over 250,000 units in volume per year across a number of countries preferred.

We’re seeking someone who:

· Supply Chain Knowledge (International Familiarity preferred but not required)

· Strong Understanding of Production/Lead Times/Safety Stock

· Strong Understanding of D2C and B2B Operations as well as Launching CPG as well as other Retail Products

· Strong and Self Accountable Organization Skills

· Strong and Professional Communication Skills when interacting with Vendors and Suppliers on a regular basis and ability to solve problems when faced with unique challenges

· Ability to find unique solutions and navigate an ever changing supply chain

· Price Negotiation experience to ensure costs remain optimal

· Medium Level understanding of shipping Ports/Costs/Expectations

· Experience with building containers based on CBM and weight, box packaging

· Critical Thinking + Common Sense a must!

Has incredible Excel/Google Sheets Skillset (Medium High - Advanced Level):

● Pivot Tables

● Vlookup/Xlookup (X not required but nice!)

● Text to Columns (Data Import - Text Files)

● Conditional Formatting

● Concatenate, if/then, Sumif etc

● Experience with Metric System / Inches / Measurements internal Visualization

● Currency Conversions/Tracking of Dollar to Dollar Strengths/Market

Bonus points if you:

- Has a passion for start-up culture

- Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project management tools

- Love Dogs (Yes we have dogs in office from time to time!)
