Position Title: Procurement Manager/ Supply Chain Manager

Work Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (33418)/ Onsite Position

Duration:06 Months (Possible Extension)

Job description:

• Compiles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
• Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, cost analysis, execute end-to-end negotiation process.
• Evaluate and select vendors based on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
• Prepares and manages sourcing events (RFx) and bid packages as needed.
• Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy.
• Manage and leverage strategic partnerships of the supply base to meet the company’s procurement requirements in terms of quality, delivery and cost.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural suppliers on technical and logistics issues.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Cost reduction project leadership experience in a related environment preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required with 8+ years’ experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast moving and unstructured environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
