About you:
● You love working with people and thrive on helping people feel seen, heard and understood

● You are able to build rapport and trust quickly with your coworkers

● At least 1 year of experience working in a customer support role

● Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail

● Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn

● Highly organized and able to follow instructions

● Excellent problem solver who takes initiative to figure things out

● Loves take direction and be coachable

● Quickly learns from feedback and able to apply that learning to other similar scenarios

● You LIVE for the A+ and are internally driven to excel

● Bonus if you've have experience in the field of Psychology:
Bachelor's degree or working towards Master's Degree

What you'll be doing:
● Engaging in excellent customer service with current and prospective students

● Participating in online student community by offering support, feedback and building connection among students

● Scheduling events into online community calendar

● Engaging with prospective students in Instagram

● Coordinating administrative tasks and answering ‘how-to’ questions within our student community

● Building relationships with students within our community. When filling out the application form, please creatively incorporate the word asparagus somewhere in your response

● Responding to technical questions about how to use the online course platform

● Working closely with head of Student Success Department to develop systems and strategies to monitor student success and increase participation, engagement and help students achieve results
