Store Planning, Senior Project Manager

CELINE is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its Store Planning Team, North America in NY!

YOUR IMPACT

• Review design drawings to ensure consistency with HQ design concept, from preliminary design to shop dwg review and through completion of construction.
• Organize and review scope of work, bid submittals, negotiation and awarding of consultants.
• Review construction cost estimates with procurement team to ensure all construction and renovation budgets are aligned and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal legal department to review and negotiate construction contracts.
• Responsible for managing project schedule, budget, vendors, consultants, GC and architects.
• Manage design and construction of store projects in North America projects.

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Competencies:

• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Sketch Up.
• Previous experience working with millwork shop drawings, construction drawings, material selection, space planning and layouts.
• Strong communication skills.
• 5-7 years of project management, construction or architectural experience.
• Travel required.
• Knowledgeable in construction and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury retail construction.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture and/or construction management.

Languages: Foreign Languages a plus.

Report to the Director, Store Planning.

The compensation for this position ranges from $115k - $130k (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
