Audemars Piguet is seeking a Temporary Store Planning Project Manager for a long-term project, this is a temporary 6 month assignment with the possibility of extension should workload permit.


The Store Planning Project Manager will manage Audemars Piguet’s Boutique project execution from HQ completed design through Boutique opening for North America & Latin America. Reporting to the Head of Store Planning & Retail Construction, this hire will support the construction and completion of each location to ensure standards of quality are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Ensure the store execution aligns with the brand’s standards and requirements
  • Applies a broad understanding of millwork details, fixtures, hardware, and materials and their impact on merchandising and customer use
  • Applies a broad understanding of the concept design development process and manages initial concepts through completion. Actively proposes new ideas, materials, details, and fixtures to support the growth of the brand
  • Prepare monthly reports to keep track of the status of various projects and condition of boutiques in the local territory
  • Obtain approvals from landlord for preliminary and working drawing reviews
  • Delivers work within schedule and budget; identifies and proposes solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In-house experience in retail brands preferred
  • Displays strong written, verbal, negotiation and visual communication skills along with being detail oriented
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Ability to find technical solutions with respect of tight deadlines
  • Proficient in architecture software (Autocad) and MS Project
  • Independent, strong planning and management skills with excellent problem solving skills
  • 5-7 years of project management experience working in high luxury Fashion, Jewelry & Hospitality or equivalent
  • Experience working with international vendors
  • B.A or Masters in Architecture highly preferred


Salary range for this assignment is $110k-$130k dependent upon experience.
