Senior Project Manager, Store Planning

YOUR IMPACT

• Organize and manage bid submittals, negotiation and awarding of consultants
• Manage project schedule, budget, store planning reports/presentations, invoices and contracts
• Support store teams with day-to-day facilities maintenance and inquiries
• Liaise with partners in internal departments including IT/security, Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Logistics, VM, etc. to support project execution and meet deliverables
• Monitoring daily progress of projects by providing detailed updates to the NY and HQ store planning team
• Review design drawings to ensure consistency with HQ design concept, from preliminary design to shop dwg review and through completion of construction
• Responsible for managing vendors, consultants, GC and architects
• Coordinate operations prior to turnover for store openings

KEYS TO SUCCESS

• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture and/or construction management
• 2-3 years through full time; architecture firms, construction industry, other retail planning depts.
• Understanding of construction documents
• Retail store planning experience required
• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Sketch Up
• Previous experience working with millwork shop drawings, construction drawings, material selection, space planning and layouts
• Travel as needed

The compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 - $125,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
