CELINE is looking for an Associate Director to join its Store Planning Team in New York City!

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Associate Director, Store Planning will provide support to execute projects for North America.

YOUR IMPACT

• Responsible for managing vendors, consultants, GC and architects.
• Monitoring daily progress of projects by providing detailed updates to the NY and HQ store planning team.
• Organize and manage bid submittals, negotiation and awarding of consultants.
• Support store teams with day-to-day facilities maintenance and inquiries
• Coordinate operations prior to turnover for store openings.
• Review design drawings to ensure consistency with HQ design concept, from preliminary design to shop dwg review and through completion of construction.
• Liaise with partners in internal departments including IT/security, Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Logistics, VM, etc. to support project execution and meet deliverables.
• Manage project schedule, budget, store planning reports/presentations, invoices and contracts.

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Competencies:

• Understanding of construction documents.
• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Sketch Up.
• Travel as needed.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture and/or construction management.
• 8-10 years through full time; architecture firms, construction industry, other retail planning depts.
• Previous experience working with millwork shop drawings, construction drawings, material selection, space planning and layouts.

The compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 - $160,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
