Job Description

Summary
As part of the regional Store Planning & Facility Team and reporting to the VP of Store Planning Americas, you will work closely with the Project Managers and corporate departments to manage all the financial aspects associated with construction projects

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
  • Lead and coordinate Tenant Allowance/Department Store reconciliation report and process
  • Identify cost variances to approved budget and alert the risk
  • Support Project Managers with reporting estimation for capital expenditure requisitions and liaise with Finance
  • Support ad-hoc projects working closely with the VP of Store Planning and Facility
  • Manage cost control aspects for construction and facility projects and provide KPIs analysis reports
  • Coordinate and execute all vendor contracts while liaising with Legal team
  • Regularly conduct budget analysis and provide accurate reporting
  • Monitor travel budget of team members
  • Support sourcing and onboarding of new vendors; interface with contractors and vendors for requesting information or clarification related to invoices and change order
WHO YOU ARE
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Strong communication, analytical, and construction drawing skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD (or another Take-off program)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or construction management
  • Strong knowledge of construction project life-cycles and cost
COMPENSATION
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.  
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $105,000 USD to $120,000 USD.
