WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Coordinate with Paris designers to prepare location lay-out to match planned retail sales and organize internal review with all corporate and local teams involved
• Deliver project presentations and updates to senior executives
• Prepare feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timings
• Visit construction sites and prepare reports, from setting-out to punch list completion and opening, to ensure quality of fit-out, identifying outstanding issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up
• Collaborate with Finance Dept. to finalize budgets
• Organize general contractors and millwork contractors bidding, evaluate tender documents and offers and coordinate works assignment
• Deliver a store opening to the Regional Retail on time and on budget.
• Organize bidding and award of all consultants and supervise their activities and outcomes
• Establish contact with Landlord’s tenant coordinator and architectural team, to get location drawings, guidelines and all other necessary technical start-up information
• Collaborate and coordinate with all Corporate and Retail Departments such as: IT, Asset Protection, Legal, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Stores.
• Supervise and coordinate all design and construction activities involved with the renovation or creation of a new store
• Prepare store design package of all relevant and required drawings and information including local regulations
• Prepare Capex and Cost Report and update it regularly throughout the development of the project
• Collaborate with Legal Dept. to finalize contracts for all involved parties including but not limited to GC, architect, etc. in accordance with individual lease obligations
• Manage all Direct Vendor orders
• Review consultants and contractors drawings to ensure consistence with projects and concept, from preliminary submission up to construction and shop-drawings
• Collect as-built drawings and keep record of store opening information, finalize financial accounts closures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCADD, Photoshop, Excel, Word
• Ability to travel 30-40%
• 5 years of relevant working experience
• Bachelor of Architecture Degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter; motivated and ability to stay organized.

With respect to positions in our New York Office/Retail Locations, the expected base salary ranges from $110,000-$135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
