Job Description

XL Pro is now hiring for an Account Relationship Manager for the Hospitality Industry.


Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX


Are you a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in business development? Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and have a keen interest in staffing solutions?


If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Account Relationship Manager at XL Pro Staffing, a leading staffing firm specializing in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base within the hospitality industry.


Identify and engage with potential clients, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, event venues, and other hospitality-related businesses.


Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR departments, and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.


Present our staffing solutions and services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with XL Pro Staffing.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry challenges, and potential business opportunities.


Collaborate with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services to clients.

Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote XL Pro Staffing and establish a strong presence in the hospitality sector.


Stay up-to-date with industry news, competitor activities, and market trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team.


Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts in the CRM system.


Requirements:


Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the staffing industry or the hospitality sector.

Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, its unique staffing challenges, and trends.


Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.


Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey our value proposition to clients.


Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on achieving revenue targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal departments.


Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals and targets.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office Suite.


Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.


Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
