Location: REMOTE - US

Duration: 12-month contract (high likelihood for conversion to FTE / duration extension)

Description:

The Contracts Manager I - Vendor Manager will research and summarize the language and pricing structures within voice service contracts. Our preferred candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently with the writing and language skills to summarize legal documents, a voice service background, and the knowledge to create pricing tables for system integration.

Responsibilities include:

* Helping implement vendor management best practices

* Interacting with our legal, voice planning/engineering, and product/sales organizations.

* Assisting with creating and updating various vendor reports and other applicable documents

* Establishing relationships with internal stakeholders

* Reviewing, summarizing, and documenting voice service contracts

* Following processes and best practices

* Any other research and analysis as needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of related experience

* Works independently and is able to self-motivate

* Knowledge of telecom voice services

* Experience in building good rapport with internal clients

* Ability to maintain the integrity of the legal documentation during the summarization and pricing analysis of the contracts.

* Strong communication skills, both written and oral

*NO C2C
