You will play a crucial role in managing vendor contracts, negotiating terms, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage vendor contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in vendor relationships.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination between vendors and other departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management or procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using vendor management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
