Summary

Responsible for the design, standardization, and management of load balancing technologies with concentration of Local traffic management (LTM) and Global traffic management (GTM) design. Participate as a key contributor to the network architecture initiatives. Work closely reginal application and services teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Engage with engineering and regional teams to develop computer hardware transition plans, maintain global computer catalog, and ensure global product readiness.
• Interface with regional support teams to capture requirements and issues.
• Develop remediation plans and communicate potential impacts to regional teams and suppliers.
• Interface with global hardware OEM vendors to capture product related issues, constraints, etc.
• Implement, test, and validate changes to CMDB, Processes, or ordering portal.
• Maintain and improve current global computer asset management processes.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum years of experience 8 years

Desired Characteristics/Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in Transfer to Operations (TTO) requirements and processes
• Broad knowledge of IT disciplines including compute, network and storage platforms
• Strong technical foundation in infrastructure technologies

Business Acumen:

• Demonstrated initiative to exploring alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
• Experienced in Project and Program Management

• Strong analytical skills: strong problem-solving skills; communicates in a clear and succinct manner
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $186,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
