Looking for a Compensation Consultant for a min 6-month contract. seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to assist HR in evaluating Bank-wide compensation and benefits. Compensation Consultant responsibilities include assisting in Bank-wide compensation analysis, creating job leveling guidelines, gathering benchmark data on wages and benefits, and review incentive program.

Responsibilities/Duties/Function/Tasks: Assist in Bank-wide compensation analysis and evaluation of salary and incentive plans. Review and assess pay structure, base pay and incentives. Analyze compensation data to identify potential gaps and ensure equitability. Conduct compensation surveys and analyze findings. Create job leveling guidelines and review job descriptions. Recommend improvements to compensation and benefit plans.

To be successful in this role, you should have: Proven experience as Compensation Consultant or related experience in Financial Services/Banking/Insurance Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation Excellent analytical and qualitative skills Strong communication skills Workday experience is a plus CCP preferred Knowledge of compensation strategies

Additional note from client: Looking for someone that has really done this work, having experience with evaluating/designing comp structure, full comp analysis, market benchmarking with experience in the financial industry. CCP is highly preferred. Local is preferred or the ability to be here for the duration of the contract,
