Responsibilities

SUMMARY: Responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment expertise to all assigned business units and hiring managers, with an emphasis on Nursing positions, critical to fill, and management positions. Assist hiring managers in developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates. Responsible for overseeing recruitment support staff to ensure seamless and timely on-boarding. Performs reporting on market trends, cost per hire, vacancy rate, and hiring data.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Qualifications
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Lieu of Bachelor’s degree seven (7) years of direct experience and Human Resources Certificate, PHR, SHRMCP, CRS, CHCR, or Associates degree in related field.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five (5) years of continuing advanced responsibilities in Recruitment for multi-sites and/or a large organization. Ambulatory Care recruitment experience highly preferred. Word and excel experience required.
